End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Grant of License
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of the AP Automation Tool ("the Application"). The Application is licensed, not sold, for internal business use only by authorized personnel within the organization.
2. Permitted Use
Authorized users may use the Application solely for internal accounts payable automation and QuickBooks Online integration testing. The Application may not be redistributed, sublicensed, resold, or used for any commercial purpose outside the organization.
3. Restrictions
Users may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application. Users may not use the Application to access QuickBooks data beyond what is required for authorized AP workflows. Unauthorized access or misuse is strictly prohibited.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Application remain with the developing organization. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to the user.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided "as is" for internal and testing purposes. No warranties, express or implied, are made regarding fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the organization shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the Application.
7. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if the user fails to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, the user must cease all use of the Application.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the organization is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
