This Privacy Policy describes how our AP Automation Tool ("the Application") handles information in connection with its QuickBooks Online integration. This Application is used exclusively for internal business operations and testing purposes.

The Application connects to QuickBooks Online via OAuth 2.0 to facilitate accounts payable automation. During this process, the Application may temporarily access financial data including invoice records, vendor information, and payment data solely to perform the requested automation tasks.
3. Data We Do Not Collect or Store
The Application does not collect, store, retain, or transmit any personal or financial data to external servers. All data accessed through the QuickBooks API is processed in transit only and is never written to persistent storage outside of the authorized QuickBooks environment.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share any data accessed through this Application with third parties. Data flows only between the Application and the authorized QuickBooks Online account.
5. Security
Access to the Application is restricted to authorized internal personnel only. All API communications are conducted over encrypted HTTPS connections. OAuth tokens are handled securely and are not logged or stored beyond the active session.
6. User Rights
As this Application is for internal use only, it is not intended for use by external end-users or consumers. If you have questions about data handling, please contact your internal IT or operations team.
